Our Assistant Branch Manager will support the Branch Manager to reach profit, performance, and customer service goals. They genuinely enjoy engaging with customers and delivering exceptional customer service. They lead by example.
Our Customer Service & Sales team members are committed to making a difference to the needs of our customers. They offer exceptional customer service & are solutions focussed. They strive to attain sales goals.
Our Store/Sales team members manage both inward and outward stock. They focus on efficient & effective stock management practices to provide great customer service. They also enjoy interacting with customers at the Counter.
Our Inventory & Sales Administration team members impact on overall branch results through effective inventory management practices. They are actively involved in the sales culture of the branch.
Our Sales Representatives establish & create a strong market presence to provide sales solutions to both existing & new customers. They grow their territory in sales & with a mix of customers by building & maintaining positive relationships.
Our Storepeople receive, pick, pack and dispatch stock in a timely manner to ensure customer needs are met. They have great attention to detail and pride themselves on meeting tight deadlines.
