We ensure that in the event that a product is unsafe, we set up a recall as soon as possible. To keep update we recommend keeping up with the recalls on the ACCC website. The website provides a single entry point for recalled products, directing consumers to the appropriate regulator. It also provides a range of safety information across various product categories, as well as enabling consumers to report unsafe products.

From time to time when there is a recalled item, we notify all account holders via email and phone where possible. If in the event it’s a cash sale and customer information is not present – you’ll see notices erected within the very location of purchase.
